  1. Step 1: Free 15-minute call

    We learn how you run jobs and what's costing you, and walk you through how a system could work for you.

  2. Step 2: Map it out

    This is part of your quoted job, not the free call. We follow one real job from first enquiry to paid invoice and agree in writing what the system must do and how we'll test each part.

  3. Step 3: Fixed quote

    Every part of the job is listed, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. You sign off on the quote and agreement before we start. Anything you add later is quoted separately.

  4. Step 4: We build it

    Built around how you already work, not another app to learn.

  5. Step 5: Test and train

    We run it with your real jobs and show your team how it works.

  6. Step 6: Go live

    You pay the final amount once every must-have part passes its agreed test with you watching. Your one-month warranty starts.

  7. Step 7: Then your choice

    Handover, where we transfer every account to you, or hosted, where we run it and stay on call. Either way we check in monthly.

  • Ongoing. We host it and stay on call for fixes and small changes.
  • Texts and emails are included for normal use.

Every build comes with a one-month warranty.

If anything breaks or doesn't work as agreed in the first month after go-live, we fix it at no extra cost. And you don't pay the rest until you've seen it working.

Questions we get asked

I'm not a computer person.
You don't need to be. We build it around how you already work, train your team, and you can always reach us.
I tried software before and nobody used it.
That's why we don't hand you another app to learn. The system fits your existing way of working, and we test it with your real jobs before go-live.
How much does it cost?
Most builds are $1,000–$5,000, with bigger builds up to about $10,000, and you get a fixed quote before we start. After that it's either nothing ongoing (handover) or $100 a week for hosting and support.
Who owns it?
With handover, you own everything once it's paid in full, and we transfer all the accounts to you. With hosted, we keep it running on our accounts for you.
What if something breaks?
In the first month we fix it at no extra cost. After that, hosted clients are covered, with urgent breakages fixed the same or next business day. Handover clients can still call on us for help, quoted when they need it.
Do I have to change my software?
Usually not. We build around how you already work, and can often connect to tools you use, such as Xero, or build what's missing.
Where are you based?
Brisbane. We work with trade businesses anywhere, remotely, and can meet in person around Brisbane.
